How to get the traceroute: 
1. In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt - This will bring you to a Command Prompt window.
2. Enter the word tracert, followed by a space, then the IP (see below) ans press enter. Please do it for both IPs and take a screenshot
