How can I get past the login screen within the game?

Generally when you have a problem logging into the game it is because you are not using the right Uplay username or password.

  • Please ensure you are using the correct Uplay account details. Please use your Uplay username or the email address linked to your account.
  • Also ensure you are typing your password in correctly. Check whether your 'Caps Lock' key is activated and which language your keyboard is currently set to in Windows.
  • If you have forgotten your Uplay password, please click on 'Log In' in the top right hand corner of this page and select 'Forgotten your password?' in the new window. A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your Uplay account.

If you are still experiencing issues, please click on the 'Contact us' link in the Support section at the bottom of this page.If you no longer have access to your account, stay calm, create a temporary Uplay account and contact the Customer Support immediately. With your cooperation we can investigate the incident. We will ask you questions regarding the account to verify that you are the account owner, such as your full name and date of birth. Once your account is restored, Customer Support can delete your temporary Uplay account (multiple accounts are a violation of our ToS).
