While launching the game I receive a blackscreen. What should I do?

Sometimes the game may be running in a resolution, which is not supported by your monitor. Please try the following to resolve this problem:

1. Enter the folder 'PDC-Live'. This folder should be located where you installed the game. The default path is usually:

C:/Ubisoft/Ghost Recon Online

2. Search for the 'GraphicSettings.ini' file.

16390 - Blackscreen []

3. Please change the following in this file:

Displaywidth = 1280

Displayheight = 800

Windowed = 1

GraphicSettings.ini file []

4. The game will start in window mode.

5. After the game has started, change the video quality in the options menu to your preferred settings.
