Error message 'The application has failed to initialize properly'.

16394 -The application failed to initialize properly []

Please try the following to resolve this problem:
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift at the same time to open Task Manager while the error is still being displayed on your screen.
2. Search for the 'Launcher.exe' file in the 'Processes' tab.

3. Right click the file and select 'Open file location'.

16394c - The application failed to initialize

4. In this folder search for 'Launcher.exe' file. Please search for the application not the .xml file.
5. Close the error message by pressing 'OK'.
6. Right click on 'Launcher.exe' and choose "Run as administrator".

16394d - The application failed to initialize

The game should start normally now.
