I experience lag in game. What should I do?

Lag is a result of a delay between the information sent and received over the Internet or a delay in communication between devices inside the computer.

 

The Basic Input Output System (BIOS) handles the exchange of information between the devices so be sure it is up-to-date.

 

The most common issue caused by lag are:

- Players teleporting on the map;

- Invincible players;

- Delays in the statistics (crosses instead of damage figures);

- Being shot even under cover behind a wall.

 

If you are experiencing lag problems while playing the game please send the following information to the Customer Support Team:

 

1. The type of problem you are encountering

2. Your Persona name

3. When you encountered this problem (time/date)

4. The result of the connection test on www.speedtest.net

5. The name of your internet provider

6. Type of connection (WIFI / cable / 3G dongle)

7. Please follow the instructions here to send us the san-tool file.
