Please try the following procedure, which may help to solve the issue:

1. Scan your computer for Spyware, Adware, and Viruses

2. Please UNINSTALL (not disable) all the following programs:
- Your antivirus and Internet Security Software
- Emulation programs (Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%, CloneCD, Nero, UltraISO etc.)
- Download programs (torrent, Lime Wire, etc.)
- Hamachi program if you have it installed on your PC.
- The game Ghost Recon Online
- All unused programs

3. Delete the Hosts file from the following location: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

4. Disable all background applications using "Msgconfig"
To do this, go to the Start menu on your desktop and select Run (or, if using Windows Vista/Windows 7 press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time)
Type in MSCONFIG and press Enter
Go to the tab, which says Start-up
Click the option to Disable All
Press Apply, then Close then pick the option to Restart

5. Delete all temp files
To do this, go to the Start menu on your desktop and select Run (or, if using Windows Vista/Windows 7 press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time)
Type in %TEMP% and press enter.
Go to Edit and Select All.
Go to File and Delete.

6. Disable your Firewall

7. Clear your DNS Cache 
- Press on the "windows" key and R at the same time
- In the window type: cmd
- In the command prompt type: ipconfig /flushdns
- Press Enter
- Restart your router

8. Click here to download the launcher 

9. Start the game

Note:  If the game works fine, please reinstall your Antivirus software.
