Error message "Yeti_Release.exe - No Disk".

16386 - Please insert disk [370*214]

It happens sometimes that the game will ask for the DVD. It's a know issue and we are working on it.

If you encounter this issue please, follow this procedure:

1. Uninstall the game completely through the "Help" menu and select "Uninstall"
2. Search for remaining files of the game in Windows and delete these (eg Launcher/PDC/Yeti)
3. Disable your Firewall and anti-virus softwares
4. Ensure that all USB ports are disconnected (please leave your keyboard and mouse connected)
5. Use a cable to connect to the internet
6. Re-install the game by clicking on "Play for Free" on the top on this page
