Customer Support Reporting Unavailable

Upgrades are on the way to improve our services


We're happy to announce that we're improving our Customer Support Services. In order for us to upgrade our system, this feature will be in maintenance starting Friday March, 29. Our Customer Support Ticketing System will be unavailable from Friday until early next week. However, you can still submit your reports through our in-game Customer Support. 

Please visit our forums and browse through threads to see if there are existing solutions to your problems. We have a very helpful, active community and we're confident that your fellow players will aid you in your time of need. Our Community Team will also be around to address as many topics as possible. 

In the meantime, keep on visiting the website for updates about when the Online Customer Support Ticketing System will be available again.
