Please Contact Support with the following information if you are having any of the following errors:

Logs files:
1. Launch the game and when you receive the error press the "Windows" key
2. Go to C:\Ubisoft\GRO\PDC-live\Logs.
3. Right click on the log folder and create a zip version.
4. Send us the zip file.

Network configuration:
1. When you encountered this problem (time/date).
2. The result of the connection test on
