Error message "Unable to connect to server"

17239 - Unable to connect to server EN 

Please try the following instruction which may solve the issue:


1. Uninstall the game completely by clicking on "Help" and selecting "Uninstall" in the menu.

2. Search for any remaining elements of the game in Windows and remove these (eg Launcher\PDC\Ghost Recon Online).

3. Delete the "Apps" folder located here: C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Local\Apps\.

3. Disable your Anti-virus and Firewall.

4. Click HERE to download the launcher.

 

If the problem persists, please send us the launcher logs:

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete at the same time to open Task Manager while the error is still being displayed on your screen.

2. Search for the 'Launcher.exe' file in the 'Processes' tab.

3. Right click the file and select 'Open file location'.

4. In this folder search for the folder named “Logs”.

5. Right click on the Logs folder and choose “Send to compressed file (Zip)”.

6. Please attach the “logs.zip” to your reply.
