GPU Auto-switch

Some computers (mainly laptops) have auto-switch technology which allows them to switch from a lower performance graphic processor unit (GPU) integrated to the motherboard, to a dedicated and high performance GPU. However this auto-switch is not done automatically and therefore you may encounter issues with the game.

If you encounter performance issues or crashes while launching the game while using a laptop please ensure that you have:

1. Connected you laptop to a power source.
2.  Updated your GPU drivers.

To set your power settings on High performance please follow these instructions:

1. Go to "3D Settings" and select "Manage 3D Setting".

2. In the "Global Setting" tab, under "Prefer Graphics Processor" select "High-performance NVIDIA Processor".

3. You can also add "Ghost Recon Online.exe" into the list under the "Program Settings" tab, and select "High-performance NVIDIA Processor" under "2. Select the preferred graphics processor for this program".
